BA Core: Customer Relations and Economics
In January, ExecNet members reviewed skills in customer relations and economics within the Business Administration Core. As you can see in the chart below, the customer relations feedback was overwhelmingly critical or recommended for all of the skill statements. The economics’ skill statements, however, received far fewer critical rankings and quite a bit of not needed, so we’ll be reviewing those skill statements for their necessity in the BA Core.
